ここに提示される日用品は、現代化が進む中国においてごくありふれた存在である。しかし、それらがここで解体され、再構築されることで、穏やかに見える表面の下に、無視できない緊張感が埋め込まれているように感じられる。それは、より大きな社会構造に由来するものかもしれないし、現代に潜む公的な問題の波紋と呼応しているのかもしれない。時に、これらの何気ない日用品が、外部の対立や衝突に対して静かに応答しているようにすら見える。ただ、それはあくまで慎重に制御された形で表現されている。その奥には、制度や規則、あるいは世論による影響の投影があるのかもしれない。

本展示が示すのは、特定の立場や出来事ではなく、日常の中に埋もれた、より深い繋がりへの問いかけである。言葉にならない何かを通して、私たちが生きる社会と環境を思い出し、新たな問いや発想を生み出すこと。ここに明確な答えは提示されない。ただ、それぞれの鑑賞者が、自らの視点で思考を始めるきっかけを見つける場となる。

The everyday objects presented here are common in modernized China. However, through the process of disassembly and reconstruction, they reveal an underlying tension beneath their seemingly unremarkable surface. This tension may stem from larger social structures or resonate with the undercurrents of contemporary public concerns. At times, these seemingly trivial objects appear to quietly respond to external conflicts and confrontations, yet they do so in a carefully restrained manner. Beneath this subtle presence lies a reflection of the influence exerted by systems, regulations, or public discourse.

This exhibition does not point to any specific stance or event but rather invites contemplation on the deeper connections embedded in the everyday. Through unspoken gestures, it prompts us to reconsider the society and environment in which we live, fostering new questions and perspectives. No definitive answers are provided here—only a space where each viewer can discover their own starting point for inquiry.
