- He assumed his current position after working in office furniture development and organizational management in the strategic planning department at Kokuyo Co., Ltd. The products he has developed have won design awards such as the iF Design Award. He has also won awards in international competitions, including the PORADA INTERNATIONAL DESIGN AWARD (Grand Prize). He currently runs ALTOAL as a design researcher. Drawing on his expertise, he also serves as a guest professor at overseas universities, including Konstfack in Sweden and the Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin in Germany.
